Very beautiful hotel with good facilities. My praise and compliments go to the staff who were extremely helpful and provided assistance whenever necessary. A special thank you goes to Constantino who had to locate coffee mugs late one evening. He also helped on other occasions for which I am very grateful. Also a special thank you to Michela who was also extremely lovely and helpful. Thank you to both of you for being so kind 😊

I only needed to spend the night. I arrived late and had to leave in the morning before breakfast. Check-in was quick - it's convenient that you can pay for parking and city tax by card along with the cost of the room. The garage is located behind the hotel building. Just around the corner. Since I was leaving before breakfast, I had coffee and sweets in the cafe to the right of the hotel exit. The cannolo there is not tasty, but the pastry with figs and candied fruits is great! I bought a large size to take home.

Facilities, air-conditioning and cleanliness. The pool is lovely and the location of the property is close to the center, 10 min walk.

The reception staff was extremely friendly! The room was clean and spacious for a family stay of 3 (child of 4,5y old). The beds were enormous 😃 The bathroom was comfortable and the Rituals products were a nice extra. There was a shower chair for me, which was a nice surprise, I did not request it, but I defenitely used it. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.

Great location as it meant just a 15 minute stroll into the main centre for shopping and eating etc. Great parking option also next door.

The facility itself left a lasting impression on me. Everything from the cleanliness to the modern amenities and the overall ambiance was exceptional. The attention to detail in the design and maintenance of the facility contributed significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff at Novotel Parma Centro deserve special commendation. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond made a noticeable difference. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply sharing a friendly greeting, their efforts greatly enhanced my visit. Internet connectivity was another highlight. The speed and stability of the connection allowed me to stay in touch without any interruptions. The bar at the hotel was a delightful surprise, offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring Parma. The selection of drinks, coupled with the inviting setting, made for an enjoyable experience.

Hotel was very close to main train station. Staff were so kind and friendly. Room was so clean, beds are comfortable. In bath there were Rituals shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Lobby is so beautiful for relax and there is a free water with fruits and vegetables which is very nice act of hospitality. Pool is warm and clean. Everything in this hotel was more than I expected. The best hotel in Italy I have been to. Definitely would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend to everybody.

We were travelling by train so the location was close to the front of the train station and about 10 minutes walk from Parma Town centre. Free hugs from the large bear in reception. My husband liked the surprise of a swimming pool. Small but open during our stay.

Loved most of it. The only things that could have been better was the access to the parking lot. One of us walks with a cane and had to walk up and down a lot. The main bed was perfect but the small extra bed for the 3rd person was not very comfortable. The sauna was closed but we didn’t know ahead of time. We loved the bathrobes, the lobby, the bathroom and the room. The area was practical because close to the center but felt a little unsafe on the other side.
